HOW DO I BOOK A SUBARCTIC BELUGA WHALE SAFARI?

To inquiry or request further information, we can be reached by email during our off season (December, January, February, March, April). During the off season period simply email your phone number to seanorth@mymts.net and someone will call you back. During May to November you may email or phone us.

We are happy to answer questions about our tours and can provide information about getting here, and other things to do in the area. We can also help reserve accommodation at The Polar Inn & Suites, home of Sea North Tours.

Please note: You should wait until you have received Beluga Whale Safari confirmation and payment instructions from us before you commit to related remote area travel expenses. Sea North Tours strongly recommends both trip cancellation and medical insurance. Be sure your insurance will adequately cover trip and medical expenses in remote locations/areas.

  1. To confirm space is available on the tour(s) you want by emailing or by phone, keeping in mind the above information (off season).
  2. Our office will respond to your request. In the unlikely event we do not have space, we will send you an email with whatever options we can provide. We will also include in this email: (1) *Cancellation & Tour Change Policy, (2) Liability, Waiver & Risks Agreement and (3) Medical Form (subject to snorkel, kayak and paddle board only) for your review. All three of these forms will have to be returned in order to secure the tour(s).

    NOTE:
    No partial refunds or credits will be given for services not used that have been purchased as a “group tour”.
  1. With tours confirmed it is time to register! Download & Email Registration Form (follow instructions as detailed in document). We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, Debit (at front desk) and bank transfers.
  2. If all is good you will receive an email with a link to our Secure Credit Card gateway where you can pay the required Payment.

All tours must be paid in full at time of booking. Any tours cancelled by our office due to required tour minimum number participation or extreme weather conditions affecting estuary and Bay conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control will be refunded at full price and/or rescheduled. Individuals who fail to notify the administration/office about tour cancellation 48 hours prior to tour time will not be refunded. Any changes to tours can be made within 48 hours via phone, email or in person. All tours must be pre-paid and no refund will be issued if conditions that prevent you from participating in your booked tour are simple change of mind or pre existing conditions; excludes transportation rearrangements via airlines (delayed flights or cancelled flights and or train).

Rules, guidelines and safety considerations must be adhered to and failure to comply may cause Sea North Tours to extricate any client who fails to show due diligence or conform to the substance of the tour.
